Ultimately it just boils down to filling out one form with 7 (seven) lines of information...one line is your business name, three (possibly four) lines will probably be just “your” personal information, and one is optional.

Currently, we focus on Limited Liability Company creation on Nevada...which seems to be the most popular. Nevada has no state tax which is one benefit. But more importantly the LLC asset protection laws in Nevada are quite favorable (many states "water down" the asset protection part of an LLC).
